Immunizations
Keeping You Well
Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. healthcare professionals administer a wide range of CDC-recommended immunizations for adolescents, adults, seniors and children.
Annual flu shots are a quick and effective way to protect you and your family from the most common influenza viruses each year. With no appointment needed, you may walk in anytime for a flu shot.
All students entering sixth grade in the fall are required by law to have an up to date KY Immunization Certificate to include a second Varicella, a Dtap, and a Meningococcal vaccine.
These services may be obtained at your local health department or your medical provider. We are pleased to offer these services through our
Healthy Kids Clinic school-based health centers. The immunizations will be given during regular school hours; you do not have to be present although you are welcome to attend if you choose. This service will be provided only to students with parent/guardian permission. We are pleased to provide this service to you and our students. Students outside the Adair, Anderson, Bardstown Independent, Barren, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Elizabethtown Independent, Green, Hardin, Hart, LaRue, Lincoln, Marion, McCreary, Russell, Washington, and Wayne County school systems can obtain immunizations at any of our CFMC locations.
Please note: Immunizations are available to all patients but may not be available at the center you regularly visit.
